This fee is applied when we pick-up your Laptop, PC, or any other equipment for evaluation without any work being done or beyond repairable. |
If there is a service required on your computer and you give us permission to proceed, then this evaluation fee will be waived. |

| REMOTE SUPPORT VIA PHONE, REMOTE ACCESS and/or E-MAIL: > US$75.00 per hour. Time over 60 minutes is billed additionally at US$18.75 for each 15-minute increment. |
| NOTE: Most repairs and replacements are made within a day or two, and nearly all are made within two weeks. Service for your own equipment is billed at a discounted rate for time and materials; a technician can estimate your cost after diagnosing the problem. Rush service is available at US$30.00 extra. |
