WWEC Computer Solutions services are available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Eastern Time – USA). There are always live technicians available, and on call, to assist clients with computer problems. WWEC Computer Solutions Services are available all around the world.

WWEC Computer Solutions guarantees that clients receive top quality on all services offered through this website. Many technical problems can be resolved online. In case that the problem cannot be resolved on-line, our technicians will consult with the client about possible solutions. The client may request a refund for services not rendered.

Every attempt will be made to deliver services as described. WWEC Computer Solutions cannot be held responsible for circumstances and causes beyond our control such as natural and man-made disasters and other difficulties such as; power outages, computer "hacking" attack or computer virus, technical equipment failures, that would prevent us from fixing your computer.

Our goal is to create fans not customers. WWEC Computer Solutions will respond to any complaint within seven business days of receipt and will address and resolve any complaint within 45 days of receipt. WWEC Computer Solutions is committed to customer satisfaction and will take the necessary steps to provide you with a fair, timely and effective means to resolve problems with any transaction. We record and monitor all complaints,  incoming and outgoing calls, and all of our technicians' sessions with clients.

WWEC Computer Solutions will not be liable to any party or parties for any damages of any kind without limitations or any resulting negligent or criminal acts. This includes third-party software and hardware damages, and damages resulting from third-party services. WWEC Computer Solutions will not be responsible for lost profits, data, and downtime. WWEC Computer Solutions website will not be liable for any contents or information which is referenced or linked to the WWEC Computer Solutions website through other parties.

WWEC Computer Solutions is a family-friendly website and has the right to refuse, suspend or terminate any of its services to any user in its sole discretion, without notice. These reasons include but are not limited to: using computer system fraudulently, illegally, or for propagating libelous or otherwise defamatory obscene, pornographic, abusive, harassing or threatening material.

Your data is very important and it is your personal responsibility to protect and safeguard critical data by backing up said data prior to any services performed by WWEC Computer Solutions. WWEC Computer Solutions will not be liable for any data lost or corrupted before, after, or during service. Unless specifically requested and provided as a paid service by WWEC Computer Solutions is responsible for any backup, archiving, or protective storage as well as restoration if required, of CLIENT’s data.

Due to the limited space and property liability issues, we CANNOT hold your device forever. All customers agree to make a diligent effort to keep in contact with WWEC Computer Solutions and decide how they would like their order resolved in a timely manner. If WWEC Computer Solutions doesn’t hear from you (via e-mail, phone or fax) for a period of more than 45 days we will assume you have abandoned your order with us and we will take the following action: We will attempt to contact you via e-mail and/or phone (if we have both) at least 3 times and wait until it has been 60 days from our last contact with our customer. If then we are still are unable to resolve the desired action, at that point we will assume your order and its contents have been permanently abandoned and we will irreversibly dispose of your orders contents.

The terms of this agreement and instructions for the use of this website which are incorporated herein shall be legally binding and includes all use of the WWEC Computer Solutions website, and its services offered through this website.

WWEC Computer Solutions may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. By using this website and any information and weblogs connected with it (all referred to herein as the "WWEC Computer Solutions website" or "this website"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
