To Whom This May Concern: Glaydes and I own and run a very popular Brazilian Barbecue House in Peabody, MA. As we continuously look to improve our business and to promote our business, one of the most important methods of reaching the general public was incomplete, that being our website. Elcenir worked with us diligently on several levels and took the time to hear our interests and requirements regarding how we wanted to promote our business and also provided professional guidance based upon his experience. He spent a considerable amount of time taking a series of still shots of our business as well as filming several videos of the business in action. He edited the video clips and produced more than one video choice for our preview and comment. Elcenir Carvalho of WWECCS provided me with excellent service and was extremely professional. I recently needed my laptop repaired because it was constantly giving me problems, one after another. Elcenir is a life saver, I received immediate attention and the problem was fixed very quickly. He didn't stop until the laptop was working properly, and went out of his way to get the job done. Even after the repair, he followed up with me to make sure everything was ok, and didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had. Very professional and honest computer service! I met Elcenir in 2006 and he helped me with a lot of issues I was not able to get fixed; desktop computer, fax machine, printer, etc. Elcenir and Cida have reasonable prices, especially compared to other computer services providers!! Wow!! I saved a lot and definitely got everything fixed same day he went to my place. The other good thing about what they do, all computer services are on-site. So, if you really want to see what’s going on with you desktop, laptop, peripherals, there simply is no secret whatsoever, unless you decide to have it taken and fixed in their own office and return it back to you after all repair is completed. They also offer website designs and software training. I do appreciate everything they have done, for all support they have provided to me and my family and I do recommend WWEC Computer Solutions services. |
